The Mademoiselle Desserts Group is the result of a successful synergy. From a small site manufacturing frozen unbaked puff pastry dough and employing 30 people in the Dordogne region in France to the current Group of 12 bakeries across France, the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium, Mademoiselle Desserts has grown throughout successive acquisitions without ever losing sight of what matters: great taste, great ideas, happy people and sustainable practices.
