NEW Gluten Free Dessert Range
Today offering gluten free options is a necessity and free from diners are demanding the same quality as those without dietary needs. We believe passionately that free from desserts shouldn’t be a compromise. As such we’ve significantly invested in a substantial expansion to our gluten free bakery. With the new space we’re able to launch our first gluten free dessert range featuring sumptuous cheesecakes, mouth-watering pies, scrumptious puddings and legendary fudge cakes.

NEW Mini Muffins & Beignets
In December of last year, Délices des 7 Vallées joined the Mademoiselle Desserts Group and with them they brought a wealth of expertise in baking beignets and muffins as well as a range of French delicacies. As such, Mademoiselle Desserts UK are widening our coffeeshop competencies by introducing a stunning range of savoury and sweet mini filled muffins and doughnuts baked to authentic French recipes.
NEW Indulgent Cakes to Go from the handmade cake company
After 30 years producing frozen cakes and desserts for trade, we're releasing our first ambient range. The new bakes, three individually wrapped gluten free cakes, have a minimum ambient shelf life of 90 days from delivery to the distributor.
