We all have that go-to treat that brightens our day – ours happens to be fresh from France.
We’re thrilled to introduce Moi by Mademoiselle Desserts, our first international consumer brand. After years of supplying our fantastic products to foodservice, now the time has come for us to share the love with everyone else, starting with our delicious French Mini Beignets.
Over the years, we have crafted the most delicious tasting cakes and sweet bakes for you to enjoy with others or on your own, at home or on the go. Great taste is at the heart of everything we do which is why we use only the highest quality ingredients.”
Building on decades of baking experience rooted in French bakery tradition, but with an international approach, Moi aims to give consumers access to the best possible sweet bakery experience in their daily environment.
French tradition, international success
In the 1980s, the Heunet couple from Northern France were making home-made Beignets to sell locally at markets
These Beignets were made following a traditional local recipe featuring quality ingredients such as fresh yeast and butter; then deep fried, filled and coated in sugar but could also be eaten plain. Mini Beignets were created as an alternative to standard large ones.
This passion led to the creation of a production site in Tincques, Northern France under the Les Délices des 7 Vallées name.
Further growth in sales across France and also Europe, United States and Asia led to a new factory in 2010 on the Tincques site.
Les Délices des 7 Vallées became part of the Mademoiselle Desserts group in 2019 and is now the clear market leader in Mini-Beignets in France.
Our Moi Mini Beignet range delivers choice and seasonality, coming with four great tasting fillings.
Looking for something nutty and indulgent?
Hazelnut & Cocoa will do the job.

Red Fruits is the perfect choice.
Maybe something crisp and comforting?
Apple will not disappoint.
Or perhaps something biscuity and caramelised?
Speculoos is the way to go.
Since launching the brand, we have already had our diaries packed out with events such as IFE and Marlow Pub In The Park.
All have been a tremendous success with lots of people experiencing their first Moi moment.
