HIGHLIGHTS
We have always honoured tradition while simultaneously keeping up-to-date with consumer trends. Our group has built its reputation in the baking sector by hiring top professionals and upholding rigorous industrial standards. The first Group site was established in 1984 in the Dordogne region, employing 30 workers. At first specialising in the manufacture of frozen unbaked puff pastry dough, the group expanded in France, England and the Netherlands, developing expertise in the following areas: pastry bases, flans, tarts, desserts, cheesecakes, round cakes, traybakes, mille-feuilles, vegan and gluten free products. In doing so, it has filled a niche in the market both in the UK and internationally.

Expansion in England continues with the integration of The Handmade Cake Company, a British bakery which specialises, as its name suggests, in "handmade" cakes. Its bakers have perfected recipes that taste “homemade". The site includes a segregated gluten free bakery to answer the growing demand for quality free from cakes and desserts. |
